How Seedpad works

Seedpad turns crowdfunding campaigns into pump.fun coins whose creator fees go to the founders. Anyone can launch a coin for a live campaign; 100% of its creator fees are saved for the team behind it, whether or not they know about it yet.

How it works

  1. Someone links a campaign. They paste a live Kickstarter or Ulule link, or pick one of the suggested campaigns. Seedpad reads the public page (title, goal, pledges, backers, deadline). One coin per campaign.
  2. The coin is created on pump.fun. The launcher's wallet signs one transaction that creates the coin and sets its creator-fee sharing to the Seedpad treasury. pump.fun only lets that config be set once, so it can't be redirected afterwards.
  3. Trading generates creator fees. Each coin has its own fee vault on pump.fun, so we know exactly what every token earned — on the bonding curve and after it graduates to PumpSwap.
  4. Fees are collected into the treasury. The Seedpad team empties each token's vault into the treasury, one transaction per token, and records exactly what each token earned.
  5. Founders claim. The verified founder requests a payout, an admin approves it, and the treasury sends the SOL.

Fees

  1. Trade on pump.fun

Every buy and sell of a Seedpad token pays pump.fun's creator fee.

  2. Locked to Seedpad

At launch, the coin's creator fees are locked to the Seedpad treasury for good. Each token's fees are tracked on their own.

  3. Seedpad treasury

The team collects each token's fees into the treasury and records exactly how much it earned.

  4. Founders — 100%

The founders prove they run the campaign, an admin approves, and the treasury sends every lamport.

  • The creator fee rate is set by pump.fun, not by Seedpad, and can change. It's the same as for any other pump.fun coin.
  • 100% of a token's creator fees go to its founders. Seedpad takes no cut and the launcher earns nothing from fees.
  • Launching costs the launcher ≈0.02 SOL in pump.fun creation fees, plus any initial buy.

Claiming & payouts

Until a founder verifies, their fees simply accumulate in the treasury ledger under their campaign — nothing expires. Once verified, they can request a payout of everything owed, at any time and as often as they like.

The team checks the verification and the payout wallet, then pays from the treasury. Every payout is listed on the Payments page with its transaction.

Founder verification

Founders prove ownership without giving Seedpad any password. On the claim page they get a one-time code and post it where only the campaign owner can:

  • a campaign update,
  • the creator bio on the platform,
  • the social account linked from the campaign page.

Supported platforms

Kickstarter and Ulule. Seedpad reads their public campaign pages and caches them. Indiegogo blocks automatic reading, so its campaigns can't get a token yet. Seedpad is independent and not affiliated with any of these platforms.

About the tokens

Tokens are standard pump.fun coins. They are community tokens: holding one doesn't give a share of the startup or its campaign rewards. Prices move with the market and can go to zero.
